You will receive an 11×14” mixed media watercolor painting on a sturdy watercolor board. The portrait is based off of photos that you send to me.
1. Decide which portrait option you'd like and purchase it. (You can always wait to purchase the portrait after contacting me if you have questions/concerns to discuss first.)
When purchasing the portrait you'll be asked to fill out a form asking about your pet's name, breed, personality, etc. Feel free to tell me all about them!
2. Email reference images of your pet to me at radiantmediagallery@gmail.com or through the Contact Page (https://www.radiantmediagallery.com/contact).
Ideally 3 or more photos. Check the lighting in the pictures to make sure your pet's coloring and features look accurate. Try to avoid blurry photos.
I can reference more than one photo so the more you send the more accurate the portrait will be.
3. Once I have the reference photos and the portrait has been purchased, I will email you a digital sketch in about 2 business days. This is for you to approve the composition and make any requests or changes before I begin the final portrait.
4. After you approve the sketch, I will begin working on the final portrait. This will take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks depending on the size and medium chosen. If this portrait is a gift, please plan ahead with that timeline in mind in addition to shipping time.
5. When the portrait is finished I will email you a picture of it for a final review. Minor adjustments such as adding/removing small details can be made at this time. Major revisions cannot be made when the portrait is done. I use a UV protective spray varnish that needs to dry for 24 hours before shipping.
6. I will ship the portrait to you at the address you include in the form you filled out at the time of purchase. The portraits are NOT framed. They're packaged in a clear sleeve with a board backing within a rigid mailer. This keeps them safe from the elements and damage during shipping.
